Subtle “grinding” or pains that seems to move in a circular whirl. Like something is spinning or grinding into your head.

Telepathic communication that is not words or thoughts it’s a “knowing”.
If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track.
